Removed classes

Two classes that were public in 0.2.0 have been removed. Both were internal plumbing for the readiness check.

`io.quarkiverse.qdrant.runtime.QdrantHealthApi`	Drop the reference. The readiness check now calls `healthz` on the REST client of the `QdrantClient` it probes, so this interface no longer exists.
`io.quarkiverse.qdrant.runtime.health.QdrantHealthCheck`	Drop the reference. The check moved to `io.quarkiverse.qdrant.runtime` and is package-private, so it is no longer meant to be referenced.

The readiness check is still registered automatically and still honours quarkus.qdrant.health.enabled. No configuration changes are needed.

QdrantRestClientApi paths

The class-level @Path of QdrantRestClientApi moved from /collections to /, and every method path is prefixed accordingly. The URLs the client calls are unchanged, so this affects you only if you implemented the interface as a JAX-RS server resource.
